# alotree.org — Source v1.0 (FROZEN) This file is the canonical source for alotree.org. It is declarative, non-persuasive, and non-executive. If this file and any rendered page disagree, the rendered page is wrong. --- ## What this is alotree.org is a public governance surface. Its job is to explain structure and boundaries. It is not a product site. It is not a sales surface. It does not invite use. --- ## What it governs This site governs representation of the system’s law: - where authority may exist - where authority must never exist - how commitment, witnessing, and execution are separated - how truth flows (and where it stops) - what happens when authority is missing (nothing happens) --- ## What it refuses This system refuses to: - infer intent - repair reality - compensate silently - escalate absence - retry transactions - optimise outcomes - create momentum - turn observation into intervention - turn visibility into permission If you need these things, this system is not for you. --- ## Non-negotiable constraints Commit → Witness → Execute only what is already committed. No component may: - infer consent - “help users finish” - smooth gaps by improvisation - create authority by proximity - create authority by urgency - create authority by competence - create authority by sympathy There must be no path where authority and cash share the same surface. --- ## Silence and non-action Silence is not consent. Waiting is legal. Nothing happening is a correct outcome. If authority is unclear or absent: nothing happens. --- ## Pointers out (factual only) - Governance structure and canonical law: alotree.org - System map: /map - Permission model: /layers - Scenario refusals: /what-happens-when - Refusal list: /refuses - Terms: /terms
